Spanish Revival update in Kansas City, MO
Originally built in 1925 as a hotel, this local landmark was modernized and converted into apartments and ground level retail in 2016. The Spanish Revival architectural style that is so beloved and celebrated throughout Kansas City was painstakingly restored her for the buildings facade and throughout it's interior, while also complimented by contemporary integration where needed based on disperser and modern usage need. This theme of historic preservation with integrated contemporary modernization can be seen in the new building wordmark.
